The best method is to lay your favourite fitting garment flat and take measurements (double for circumference). Then line up with the numbers on our charts. Size charts reflect the actual garment measurements (inches).

The Standard Fit
This is the signature CMFG fit - an everyday fit to feel good in. A little more length in the sleeves/torso than most off-the-rack brands.
The Utility Fit
A more relaxed fit. A re-shaped sleeve cap and added room in the Chest/Hip circumferences was created for increased mobility and a casual look.
